What data do we collect?
Our Company collects the following data:
• Personal identification information (Name, email, phone number etc).
• Personal likeness (photography, video and audio recordings).
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
• Voluntarily respond to a casting call, invitation of interest or any other form of public invitation to engage with No Class for the reasons detailed.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
• Provide, either voluntarily or when asked, identification information in pre-production of a film production, in order to organise said video production.
• Participate in the production of a video production by appearing on stills camera, video camera, microphone or a combination.
How will we use your data?
Our Company collects your data so that we can:
• Liaise with you (via email and phone call) regarding a video production.
• Plan, schedule and organise a video production.
• Use your likeness and contributions in a photography production.
• Use your likeness and contributions in a video production.
• Use your likeness and contributions in an audio production.
• Email you with information on the release of the finished video production.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data in physical form at our offices in London and Coventry and via Cloud storage. This data is only accessible by necessary No Class employees and relevant .
Our Company will keep your personal identification information for 1 year after the video production is complete. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing your details from our databases and destroying and hard copy documents. In the event that we wish to keep your details for our records we will contact you prior to this date to agree a new time period for keeping your personal details.
Our company will keep your likeness information (in the form of finished photography, video and audio productions) for an indefinite period of time as detailed by the productionconsent form.
