This was the third music video we made for Thousand Thoughts (after 'Stigma' in 2020 and 'Fail Me' in 2021) and once again an excellent, emotional and energetic track. We love creating music videos, but the job is even sweeter when you're working with music that you genuinely would listen to all the time!

For this track the band knew that they wanted something dark, with subtle touches of cyberpunk, featuring somebody driving alone at night. We got to work on the concept and soon decided that our old stomping ground Manchester would be the perfect location. Depending on where you go its architecture and landscape can be moody and overbearing (with bridges closing in above you and arches wrapping around you) or sleekly modern and stylish (with glittering shards of glass lighting up the night sky). Plenty of found-light spills out of its streetlights, bar fronts, billboards and highways which, coupled with a relatively lightweight battery-powered lighting and camera setup, allowed us to shoot throughout one long wet night.
